Our pricing depends on the amount of contacts you’d like us to reach out to monthly. Our base package includes outreach to 5000 unique contacts, which is ~15,000 emails a month. This is $3500 USD, with no term commitment.

Our messaging and targeting is fully customized – and we make adjustments as we go along to make sure we are providing you with the best ROI possible. With our base package, it’s typical to have 20-100 new leads in your team’s pipeline every month.

You only have a certain amount of time you can spend reaching out one to one to your top 100-500 prospects. Where we come in is we message the rest of 10-15k that would still be a good fit:

  • First, we discuss the type of clients you are looking for, by industry, region, company size, etc. and get their data from  Apollo.io + Linkedin.
  • Then we set up an outbound system that will email on your behalf with open rates of 60%+ and upwards. We do this through creating dummy domains and warming up the accounts. All of the positive responses that come in there can be forwarded to your email or/and your CRM.
  • We then work with you on creating a copy that will whoosh potential customers enough to want to take a meeting with you. It can be personalized based on what matters to them in their position, what their problems are likely to be and how you will solve them.
  • With our base package, it’s typical to have 20-100 new leads in your team’s pipeline every month.

 

Funding related lead gen:

We are cold-email outbound specialists that help start ups get in front of prospective investors. Here’s how our process works:

  • First, we discuss the type of investors you are looking for, we can look for ones that invested a certain amount or in certain types of companies and get that data from Crunchbase + Apollo.io
  • Then we set up an outbound system that will email on your behalf with open rates of 60%+ and upwards. We do this through creating dummy domains and warming up the accounts. All of the positive responses that come in there can be forwarded to your email or/and your CRM.
  • We then work with you on creating a copy that will whoosh investors enough to want to take a meeting with you. It can be personalized based on their past investments, e.g. if they already invest in businesses related to yours
  • Our model is set up as a monthly flat fee (no commitment), based on how many contact’s you’d like to reach.

We’re going to have to reach out to 5-7 people to a response out of 1 or 2–strategically casting a wide net to zero in on our target ICP

We pre-vet our lists by only targeting within your ICP (Ideal client persona) based on the parameters you give us. I.e. size of org, revenue, industry / vertical, region, job titles of decision makers, etc

We define our leads as a positive response to one of our emails. These fall into 3 buckets:

  1. Asking for call: either immediately or in the near future
  2. More info: they are showing buying signals but perhaps have a couple questions
  3. Referral: A direct handover to another individual within the organization

Once a lead is identified, we can sync up our system directly with your CRM, forward you all the context behind the response, and/or set up other alerts like slack & SMS.

  • We can perform outreach to those job titles exclusively, however there is value in creating “influencer” campaigns, i.e. reaching out to those non-decision makers who are likely to sit closely to the DMs, and sending emails that outline the value your solution will provide to them specifically within their job-role
  • That said, if you’d like to stick to C-suite related targets, then of course we can.

 

  • We put a lot of emphasis on our set up, and we will leverage your existing knowledge of which types of customers (and why) would be likely to be in need.
  • We also have access to intent data that increases probabilities of interested prospective clients.
  • Despite this, there still is an element of experimentation that goes on, especially over the first 6 weeks. The good news is that with the type of scale we are doing, the sample size is large enough that we are able to analyze where the demand lies, which variations of targeting / copy are working best, and with your feedback on past leads generated we can make informed decisions to pivot towards what’s working and avoid what isn’t.
