Alexander Ivanov is the founder and CEO of Hypergen, a revenue operations and lead generation agency serving clients worldwide. After studying in the United States and returning to Europe, he built Hypergen from the ground up, growing it into a team of over 35 people working with more than 60 clients across a wide range of industries.

Over the years, Alexander has developed deep expertise in outbound strategy, sales infrastructure, and the tools and technologies that power modern lead generation - from CRM setup and data enrichment to sequencing platforms and deliverability optimization. His experience running hundreds of campaigns across different markets has given him a deep understanding of what separates outreach that converts from outreach that gets ignored.
